The Winter Coat - Starts 22nd October 2020

Making yourself a Winter Coat is really rewarding - choose beautiful fabrics, underlings, linings, trims and buttons and make a coat that will last and last.

Over 4 days you will have the time to complete a coat of your choice learning construction techniques to help your coat last longer, create details like pockets and buttonholes and add the finishing touches to your Winter Coat.

What You Need To Bring : The Sewing Room is fully equipped with Janome Sewing Machines and Overlockers as well as all the tools you need to complete your project.  You are very welcome to bring your own machine and sewing box if you wish.

Materials Needed :  Choose a pattern for your coat and bring along the fabrics & notions required plus calico to make a toille, interfacings & underlings can be purchased on the workshop - if you would like any advice on patterns or fabrics do get in touch

Bring along your own materials or purchase from Bloomsbury Square Fabrics which is next to the Sewing Room. If you are buying fabrics on the day please contact Victoria to make an appointment. Alternatively order fabric in advance,  have it sent to you or collect on the day of the class.
